The United States Special Operations Command is extending the closing date for the market investigation (Submission No. 400772 dtd 15 November 1999)that is being conducted for communications and hearing protection components in support of the development, production and sustainment of a Modular Intergrated Communication Helmet System (MICH). The closing date for submission of technical information is hereby extended from 15 December 1999 to 7 January 2000. This information will help to determine what technology or products can satisfy user needs and the best approach to acquiring and sustaining the MICH.
