This is a market survey to locate sources who can supply 100% of the spare parts (to including the chassis, nuts, bolts, adhesive, modules, circuit cards, antenna, earphone, textile bag, etc.) for the AN/PRC-112 Survival Radio to including the entire radio itself. The NSN is 5820-01-458-6018. The current source for this item is Motorola, CAGE 94990. The government does not have any drawings/specifications for the AN/PRC-112. Suppliers capable of furnishing this item must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USACECOM; ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-A-MM (Janice Simmons/Fenton Yip); Building 1200E; Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with an unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier.
