This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DAHA22-00-T-????? applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This is a 100% total small business set-aside. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. The following is a list of contract line items, quantities and units of measure: (1) Pen, ink retractable with imprint; 72,000 ea. The SIC for the pen is 3951 (500 employees). The pen must be a retractable pen measuring 5 " tip to tip. The clip is curved and measures 1 ". The barrel is a purple colored translucent material and has a rubber grip at bottom that shall measure 1 ". Imprint must read "MISSISSIPPI ARMY NATIONAL GUARD on the first line; 1-800-GO GUARD on the second line; and YOU CAN on the third line. Imprint will be in white on translucent purple pen. Pen shall write with black ink. A production proof is required for evaluation purposes; and (2) lanyard key rings with weaved wording; 20,000 ea. The SIC for the key ring is 3496 (500 employees). Lanyards shall be 35" long by " wide with a cloth weave. Weave in wording, forest green background, white wording. The attachment shall be a swivel snap and large split ring. Weaved wording shall read MISSISSIPPI ARMY NATIONAL GUARD  1-800 GO GUARD  YOU CAN. The entire phrase should be included on each lanyard twice in one continuous line with diamond icons separating the words as indicated. A production proof is required for evaluation purposes.
