Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. AHRQ shall sponsor one thematic issue of Health Affairs Journal published by Project Hope to highlight the use of national surveys to evaluate health care trends over the last 20 years. Project Hope will collaborate with authors to develop papers examining trends in access, use, cost and quality. The majority of analyses are expected to come from AHRQ's Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS). The period of performance for this effort will be approximately one year.
