rework/repair/overhaul and/or modification of pitch trim assemblies and
servocylinders for the HH-60J aircraft in accordance with the OEM
Specifications. The USCG intends to award a firm fixed price contract
to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, the Original Equipment Manufacture
(OEM) and only known PICA certified source for the following: 5 each
Pitch Trim Assemblies, P/N: 70410-22760-051, NSN: 6615-01-158-5987, and
5 each Servocylinders, P/N: 70410-22910-045, NSN: 6615-01-158-5985.
Reworked components shall be shipped to U.S. Coast Guard, Aircraft
Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, North Carolina 27909-5001.
The Coast Guard does not own, not can it supply the OEM repair data.
All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be
considered by the agency. Solicitation release date is anticipated to
be 18 January 2000, and proposal must be received by 18 February 2000,
3:00 p.m. (EST). Requests for solicitation must be in writing,
telefaxed requests may be submitted to (252) 335-6790. Telephone
requests will not be honored. See Numbered Note 22 and 26. ATTENTION:

The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short Term Lending Program
(STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit
to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
