LIBRARY PRIVILEDGES: Government will allow the contractor limited or restricted access to the ARL Library and their services. The contractor must possess SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE. Period of Performance will be 01 January thru 31 December 2000. It is the intent of the Government to award a contract on a sole source basis to Dr. L J VandeKieft, Street, MD pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for technical representative services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
