The U.S. Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command, Soldier Systems Center (SBCCOM, SSC) has a requirement for writing and editing support to the Public Affairs Office which will be performed at SBCCOM, SSC Natick, Massachusetts. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The services to be performed are as defined in the Statement of Work attached to the Request for Quotation which will be available for download on or about 17 December 1999 from the U.S. Army Materiel Command Acquisition Center Natick Online web site at http://www3.natick.army.mil The period of performance for this effort will be one year. The procurement of these services is contingent upon the approval of a Management Decision Document which falls within the purview of the Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) Program. If this approval is not secured, this RFQ will be cancelled without further obligation to the government. Should the government cancel this RFQ, the government will not reimburse any offerors for costs associated with the submission of quotes. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business.
