Concessionaire is to provide food items, soft drinks, novelties/souvenirs, and programs to authorized patrons at the Barksdale AFB Open House/Air Show on Saturday and Sunday, 15 & 16 April 2000. THIS IS A TWO (2) DAY OPEN HOUSE/AIR SHOW. Beginning at approximately 0900 hours and ending at approximately 1700 hours each day. Concessionaire will provide all supplies. Base volunteers, under the guidance and supervision of the concessionaire, will operate booths. Concessionaire wil pay the NAFI a specified dollar amount, paid in advance and a percentage of the gross profits on the following: food/soft drinks, novelties/souvenirs, film/sunscreen, programs, and sub-contractors. The specified amount, paid in advance, and percentages of gross sales offered by concessionaire in each of the preceeding catagories will determine this award. At concessionaire's expense; obtain all permits; give necessary notices; pay all license fees; and comply with all municipal, state, and federal laws, rules, ordinances, and regulations, and any publication published by the military relating to the business carried under this contract. Concessionaire will also assume complete and sole liability of all national, state, and local taxes applicable to the property, income, and transactions of the concession service. Concessionaire shall provide a proposed food/drink, novelity/souvenir listing with pricing. All offers will be considered.
