Garcia (301) 443-2750 The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Ms. Ruby Lam, 110 Madison Avenue, Toronto, Canada M5R254. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to obtain technical assistance to HRSA Bureaus and Office on Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) issues and Initiative; provide recommendations to HRSA Bureaus and Offices on how to create and maintain lines of communications with AAPI communities; provide recommendations to the HRSA, Office of Minority Health (OMH) on the developments of reports and plans for the AAPI Initiative; provide facilitation between federal partnerships and agreements to address AAPI issues; provide link between OMH, the Office of the Secretary and the White Office on AAPI issues; prepare four sets of talking points, speeches for the OMH; develop four briefing memoranda, fact sheetson AAPI issues for OMH; provide technical assistance tot he White House Office to establish the Interagency Working Group and the President's Advisory Commission on AAPI.
