The Public Affairs Office (PAO), Fort Huachuca, Arizona is seeking a civilian enterprise firm to print and distribute a Civilian Enterprise (CE) Unofficial Base Guide, CE Unofficial Telephone Directory and a CE Map for Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The Contractor will be required to print and deliver the Unofficial Base Guide, Telephone Directory and Map at no cost to the government. The revenue which the contractor will receive from the sale of advertising included in the Base Guide and Telephone Directory shall constitute full payment to the contractor. The Government desires to award a contract with a base performance period of 21 Feb 2000 through 20 Feb 2001, and four option periods of one year each. Contract will be awarded under provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items.
