SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego will provide the photographic equipment (conventional and digital) required for the photographic support called out in the Statement of Work located at "http://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil". 2. SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego will also provide the computers required to operate SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego's database. The age of the photographic and computer equipment is 30 years to 1 year. If any equipment requires repair or calibration, it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to repair or calibrate the equipment. If equipment is damaged by the negligence of the contractor, it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to replace the equipment at no cost to SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego. All equipment, including that purchased as replacement for damaged equipment, shall be returned to the SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego at the end of the contract.
