V -- FLIGHT SERVICES SOL 8000-01 POC Toni Musgrove, Contracting Officer, 208/387-5762; facsimile 208/387-5780 Provide flight services, which are fully contractor operated and maintained, in support of the National Interagency Fire Center's nationwide movement of wildland fire fighters and other national emergency support. The contract period will be one year from date of award with an exclusive use period of June 15 to September 30 of 2000. The term of the resultant contract will be one year with a governmental option to renew for two years unilaterally and an option to renew for an additional two years by mutual agreement. Contract requires a one multi-engine turbojet/turbofan 101 passenger seat airplane. Aircraft to be based at contractors identified operating base. The contractor shall possess an Air Carrier Operating Certificate issued by the Federal Aviation Administration under 14 CFR, Part 121 and operations shall be in accordance with their FAA approved 14 CFR 121 Operations Specifications ("Public use" not available). The contractor must possess a current Air Mobility Command (AMC) certification for carrying passengers and cargo.
