The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, service and supervision to dredge the golf course irrigation pond at Scott AFB IL 62225-5015.to a depth of 12 feet from top of bank. Existing pond bottom is approximately 6 feet deep plus or minus one foot. Side of pond shall have a 4:1 slope to the bottom. Pond bottom and side slopes shall be lined with 18 inches thick clay blanket. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), Price Performance Trade-off (PPTO) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. Award will be made based upon _Best Value_ to the government in accordance with FAR 15. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low proposed price. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. The closing date and time for submission will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov.
