The Portland District intends to place an order with Softworks Solutions, 16200 SW Pacific Highway, Tigard, OR 97224 for Intellution Fix Dynamics and Fix32 licenses and Extended Support Services (ESS) to support the additional and the existing licenses. The licenses and support is required at the following USACE locations: Hydroelectric Design Center (Portland); McNary, Little Goose, and Lower Granite projects in the Walla Walla District; Chief Joseph project in the Seattle District; The Dalles, John Day, Bonneville, and 7 Willamette Valley projects in the Portland District. Support is required for the period Jan 1, 00 through Dec 31, 00. Any potential offeror must provide written proof of an existing agreement with Intellution to provide the required services within the geographical region incorporating Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
