The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Transient Aircraft Services at March Air Reserve Base, California. The government anticipates awarding a fixed-price, requirements type contract for the period award date through 30 Sep 00 with four 1-year option periods. Services will include transient alert control, arrival services, processing services and departure services. Contractor shall perform specific tasks within the time frames established to meet transient aircraft arrival, processing and departure schedules. This requirement will be procured under commercial practices utilizing Past Performance Price Tradeoff as the basis of award. This acquisition is a small business set-aside for SIC 4581 and the small business size standard is $5 million. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer that will be considered.
