The US Air Force seeks potential sources, under OMB Circular A-76 Cost Comparison Studies, for the management/performance of 24 hours, 7 days a week Transient Aircraft Services at both Spangdahlem AB and Ramstein AB in Germany. Transient Aircraft Services include, but are not limited to, transient alert control, crash recovery, and arrival/processing/departure services. At this time, a Firm-Fixed price contract is contemplated for one basic year and four 1-year option periods. The requirement for a US Clearance of Secret or the NATO equivalent is currently being considered. The government is seeking sources who can provide all of the requested services, and any information concerning commercial statements of work/specifications currently in use by industry to perform similar or related functions.
