Potential Sources are being sought to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform all services, tasks and functions for Andersen AFB, Guam. Andersen will furnish the following Government owned equipment: Tacan, Localizer, Glideslope, Temp/Dewpoint, Winds, Ceilometer, Tact WX Set, ILS and Tact Ceilometer. This is an A-76 Direct Conversion Study of Air Traffic Control (ATC) services at Andersen AFB, Guam. Services include administrative and management of the Air Traffic Control Tower. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code applicable to this action is 4581 with a size standard of $5 million. A determination to set this acquisition aside for small business concerns has not been made yet. The government intends to select a _Best Value_ contractor through formal source selection procedures.
