Provide Single Engine Air Tanker flight services, which are fully contractor operated and maintained, in support of the Bureau of Indian Affairs fire suppression programs at Bemidji, Minnesota and Omak, Washington. The contract period will be one year from date of award with exclusive use periods as follows: Bemidji April 15 to May 28 and Omak -- June 30 to August 29. The Term of the contract is one year with a government unilateral option for two additional years. The contract requires a turbine powered single engine agricultural airplane with a FAA approved hopper capacity of at least 799 gallons of material weighing nine pounds per gallon (7,191 pounds). The Contractor shall possess an Agricultural Aircraft Operations Certificate issued under 14 CFR Part 137.
