E-MAIL: Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, sd13@nswc.navy.mil. 16 -- AIRCRAFT COMPONENTS & ACCESSORIES The Government intends to award two Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) on a limited source basis with BAI Aerosystems, Inc., 9040 Glebe Park Road, PO Box 1600, Easton, MD 21601 and Aero Composites, Inc., 3400 Spangler Road, Medway, OH 45341 for the fabrication of vacuum-formed composite parts for the BQB-147A EXDRONE Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). BAI and Aero Composites are the only two companies known having in-house staff that are fully trained in fabricating vacuum-formed composite parts for the EXDRONE using existing molds. Due to the relative remoteness of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division located at Dahlgren, Virginia, there has been a history of bids/proposals sent via one-day delivery service still not being received in a timely manner. Offerors are thus advised to be aware of FAR 14.304 and 15.208 and to take proper steps to assure timely receipt of their bids/proposals at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Virginia.
