A -- RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT -- DRAFT SCOPE OF WORK FOR PROPOSED ANALYTICAL SYSTEMS CONTRACT DEFENSE INTELLIGENCE AGENCY/MISSILE AND SPACE INTELLIGENCE CENTER (MSIC) SOL ANALYTICAL 1 POC Virginia Contracting Activity, Missile & Space Intel Center Office, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 POC: CONTRACT SPECIALIST, GARY MARKHAM (256)313-7621 The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) will make available for review, the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the proposed effort entitled "Analytical Systems". The Draft SOW covers computer systems support, analytical tool development, data base support, electronic publishing, modeling and simulation, computer aided missile design, computer based signature prediction, signals laboratory support and modification, digital signal processing, and software and hardware maintenance. The Draft SOW may be accessed on or after 21 December 1999, from the DIA/MSIC Home page at www.msic.dia.mil and will be available for review until 21 January 2000. Comments, constructive criticism, and/or questions related to the Draft SOW should be submitted by e-mail to contracts@msic.dia.mil. The questions and/or comments will be utilized, if applicable, to clarify the proposed SOW before release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) in 2nd quarter 2000. A return response to each individual question/comment will not be provided. In order to maximize competition, it is anticipated that the RFP will be released from the DAP, Washington D.C. office with limited evaluation participation provided by MSIC.
