Longbrake, Contracting Officer at 605-226-7567 The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is soliciting offers from interested contractors to provide an on-site comprehensive outpatient chronic pain clinic at the Winnebago Indian Health Service Unit in Winnebago, Nebraska. The chronic pain clinic shall be 4 hours each week at the Winnebago Indian Health Service Unit. Some of the services required include but are not limited to 1) Outpatient consultation visits -- estimated 10-12 visits per clinic, 2) Inpatient consultation visits on an as needed basis -- estimated 1-2 per clinic, 3) Injections, including therapeutic and diagnostic -- estmated 4-5 per visit, and 4) Microcurrent and TENS unit therapy. The Indian Health Service anticipates the award of a fixed-price contract for (1) one base year plus (2) two option years. RFP 00-02 will be available approximately 15 days from the publication date.
