One (1) FTEE locum tenens anesthesiologist at the VA Medical Center, San Francisco, CA. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, board-certified in anesthesiology,and able to provide full scope of anesthesia services, including routine general and regional anesthesia for a veteran population, preoperative evaluation of high-risk patients, and consultative services regarding airway management and sedation issues in the intensive care units. All surgical disciplines are represented, but no O.B. or pediatrics. Services will be required for one year with evaluations of extensions every 3 months. The base period is for March 1, 2000 through May 31, 2000; June 1, 2000 through August 31, 2000; September 1, 2000 through November 30, 2000; December 1, 2000 through February 29, 2001.
