This is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract. Qualified personnel and associated resources will support the Deputy for Science and Technology (BMDO/ST) in the areas of independent research, technical analysis and modeling, engineering studies, budgetary and cost analysis, identification and assessment of critical issues in systems planning, technology, phenomenology, weapons, and testing. This extension will provide BMDO with the essential continuity of services for one year to permit realignment of Advisory Services with the newly organized BMDO agency. Award of a new contract utilizing full and open competitive procedures is contemplated following the extension.
