The off-site warehousing/storage facility must be secured, located within the Memphis commuting area, and must provide pick-up and delivery of the magnetic media to/from the IRS Computing Center on a weekly basis. The term of the contract will be for a base and four 12-month option periods. Based upon market research, IRS is using policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
