Provide Single Engine Air Tanker flight services, which are fully contractor operated and maintained, in support of the Bureau of Indian Affairs fire suppression program at Whiteriver, Arizona and the Bureau of Land Management fire suppression program at Twin Falls, Idaho. The contract period will be one year from date of award with exclusive use periods as follows: Whiteriver April 1 to August 18 and Twin Falls July 3 to September 11. The Term of the contract is one year with a government unilateral option for two additional years. The contract requires a turbine powered single engine agricultural airplane with a FAA approved hopper capacity of at least 799 gallons of material weighing nine pounds per gallon (7,191 pounds) and the capability of in-flight selection of coverage levels 1, 2, 3 or 4 for each individual drop. The Contractor shall possess an Agricultural Aircraft Operations Certificate issued under 14 CFR Part 137.
