Scope of project is a project consists of demolition of existing and installation of new underground POL piping. Approximately 5000 linear feet of 8 inch stainless steel piping will be installed. Included will be 6 Hydrant Refueling Pits with associated piping and valving. Also, included will be a cathodic protection system, a pit drainage system with an oil/water separator facility, removal of 2 existing pit drainage tanks, modifications to piping, valving and controls in the existing pump house, and construction of a new motor control center. Contaminated soil encountered during construction will be remediated. Estimated construction range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1623. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates, no more than $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Construction time frame is 455 days.
