The USDA, APHIS, Plant Protection & Quarantine (PPQ), is seeking a building contractor to finish interior office space construction of 2,400 square feet of office space in Amityville, New York. The office space requires demising walls for private offices, an additional handicap accessible rest room, carpeting throughout and painting of all walled surfaces. The solicitation will include firm fixed price contract for materials, permits and labor. Construction must be completed by January 31, 2000.
