Work includes, but is not limited to, new sidewalks, retaining walls at parking lot, steps and handrails, concrete curbs, and driveway at Building 133, Bermuda sod and seed, stone for drainage ditch, pavement at new retaining wall, trees and scrubs, handicap parking areas, handicap ramps and concrete Daihatsu parking area. Also, includes clean up of a demolition debris and the re-landscaping and re-seeding of all disturbed areas next to the construction.
