The U.S. Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command, on behalf of the United States Marine Corps, is conducting MARKET RESEARCH for sources capable of producing a commercial Multi Function Engineer's Tool. The Engineer's Tool required functions are to cut, strip, and crimp wire of varying diameters, as well as act as a spike punch. The tool shall be corrosion resistant, due to exposure to salt water spray and brief submersion, and shall be non-conductive. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY.
