Two (2) 7.8km cable lengths with no splices, (2) wooden reels for shipping and storage. Cable shall be delivered as one (1) reel of 7700m with no splices. The additional 100m shall be used for tests. Option for second cable and reel within six months. This ia a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $50,000.
