The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is identifying sources to manufacture and test an OE-158 Submarine Antenna System that includes an OE-158 Antenna, Antenna Control Unit (ACU) and associated cables. The Contractor will be required to manufacture the system under one of the following option: (1) Build to plan and test with Government provided drawings; (2) Build to specification with Contractor developed drawings; or (3) Build as joint effort between the Contractor and the U.S. Navy.
