The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to noncompetitively procure two (2) Consolidated Data Link Simulator (CDLS) Systems, P/N 163-A1139, to support the AEGIS Combat System. This procurement is restricted to Logicon, Inc., San Diego, CA as the CDLS system was designed and built by Logicon to support a unique testing requirement. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be used for this combined synopsis/solicitation. The government will not issued a written request for quotation as all items are identified in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) notice. The closing date is 3 January 2000.
