THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE COMBINED Synopsis/RFO FOR WASTEWATER STORAGE TANK ASSEMBLIES FOR INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their offer. This notice serves as the official amendment to the subject solicitation and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for receipt of offers to inform interested parties that the Government plans to issue another amendment in the new future to revise the Request for Offer and Model Contract. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to January 7, 2000.
