The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to issue a purchase order under simplified acquisition procedures to Haver Analytics for a subscription to the Haver DLX Database System. The contract will represent a renewal to the agency's existing Haver DLX Database System. The OCC intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. All proposals received with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capacity to meet the requirement within seven calendar days after the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC.
