Provide Temporary Logistics, H. Options include, but are not limited to
the following items: (1) Provide Additional Temporary Logistics, (2)
Composite Labor Rate, Vessel_s homeport is St. Petersburg, FL. The
vessel_s length is 210 foot, Medium Endurance Class Patrol Boat. Vessel
availability schedule is for Thirty-Three (33) days, starting April 24,
2000. The place of performance for this vessel is St. Petersburg, FL.
A set of hard copy drawings may be provided by sending a check in the
amount of $150.00 payable to the U.S. Coast Guard, MLCA or a CD-ROM set
of drawings may be provided free of charge. The CD-ROM(s) contain
WINDOWS compliant raster/vector formats (e.g. *. TIF, *.TIF (group4),
*.DWG, and *.DWF, etc.). All other referenced documents are available
for viewing at 300 East Main Street, Suite 600, Norfolk, Virginia.
Funds are available for this procurement. The proposed contract listed
here is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration
Program. Plans and specifications will be issued on or around 11
January 1999. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be
considered by the United States Coast Guard. This notice is for
informational purposes for Minority, Women-owned, and Disadvantaged
Business Enterprises (DBEs). The Department of Transportation (DOT),
Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) has a
program to acquire short-term working capital assistance for
transportation related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT
Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provided
accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is
