The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) is soliciting for closing agent services for the sale of single family properties located within the Tennessee State Office (Nashville) comprising of the following 35 counties: Davidson, Clay, Dekalb, Jackson, Macon, Overton, Putnam, Smith, Sumner, Trousdale, Wilson, White, Cheatman, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery, Stewart, Robertson, Giles, Hickman, Lawrence, Lewis, Lincoln, Marshall, Maury, Perry, Wayne, Cannon, Coffee, Franklin, Moore, Rutherford, Van Buren, and Warren. Sales must be closed within a stipulated timeframe and prompt and accurate payment of all closing charges made. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee.
