This task will require the contractor to: prepare materials to be used in marketing efforts, identify industry sectors and specific companies to target, prioritize target audiences, conduct presentations on AES to focus groups, conduct one-on-one company visits to solicit participation in AES, assess and refine the strategy, plan and materials, and assess the impact of marketing efforts on the trade community and paticipation in AES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this requirement no greater than 15 days from the published date of this announcement to the above address. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
