Provide Single Engine Air Tanker flight services, which are fully contractor operated and maintained, in support of the Bureau of Indian Affairs fire suppression programs at Albuquerque and Dulce, New Mexico and Window Rock, Arizona. The contract period will be one year from date of award with exclusive use periods as follows: Albuquerque April 25 to July 11, Dulce May 17 to July 12 and Window Rock -- June 1 to June 30. The Term of the contract is one year with a government unilateral option for two additional years. The contract requires a single engine agricultural airplane with a FAA approved hopper capacity of at least 500 gallons of material weighing eight pounds per gallon (4,000 pounds). The Contractor shall possess an Agricultural Aircraft Operations Certificate issued under 14 CFR Part 137.
