Electrical: Provide (EMCS) Energy Monitoring and Control Systems in buildings 2114, 2211, 2212, 2213 (as shown on attached drawings). Provide all equipment shown in drawings complete up to the telephone boards. After Hill AFB personnel make the hook-up at the telephone board, the EMCS systems must be fully functional and working properly. Contractor is responsible for all EMCS equipment up to the telephone board and must warrant that it works properly. 1 Job Performance Period: 180 calendar days The approximate issue/response date will be 10 JAN 2000.
