Contractor will provide management and technical direction for the development, delivery, and support of Naval C4ISR systems. The Contractor will research and define user requirements and develop expanded functionality and/or enhanced performance features for C4ISR data repositories, including the Naval Architecture Database (NAD), the Systems Management Integrated Database (SMIDB), and other related databases.
