(WDS) on a sole source basis for an Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), CompassAPS, solution to augment their existing maintenance, repair and overhaul environment. In addition, the necessary advisory and assistance services to integrate this commercial APS solution with the Government owned CompassCONTRACT suite of products will be procured. WDS is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the CompassCONTRACT software suite and CompassAPS .
