The Joint Vaccine Acquistion Program, Project Management Office, acting for the Department of Defense, has need for a contractor to perform annual stability tests on Vaccine Immune Globulin. This investigational new drug (IND) product is an intramuscular formulation to treat adverse reactions to the vaccinia virus vaccine used for protection against smallpox. It is anticipated that annual stability testing will be required for two years and all tests shall be accomplished in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices guidelines.
