Nonpersonal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance on heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) filter systems. the contractor shall replace high efficiency particulate air (HEPA), charcoal filters, and disposable filters as defined in the Statement of Need (SON) at wilford Hall Medical Center. the contractor shall test, record, maintain and certify filters in accordance with manufacturer's maintenance specifications. Contractor shall inspect, clean, sanitize duct work and make repairs as necessary on all filter housing, including diffusers, vents, cross members, holders, seals, gaskets, bolts, and screws. Contractor shall assure HEPA and charcoal filters fit properly to prevent any leakage or air flow restrictions prior to certification.
