synopsis is issued for informational and planning purposes only. The
Air Mobility Command (AMC) is conducting market research to identify
potential sources interested in providing data collection, analysis,
and presentation services related to AMC mission reliability
planning/execution-related delays, and in serving as a catalyst for
process improvement. The contemplated effort includes preparing the
Worldwide Express (WWX) on-time and volume summary reports, the
Non-Barcoded items report, the Category A Cargo report, the Delay Code
report, and the Missing Manifest report. Request interested offerors
capable of performing this effort submit a capability statement no
later than 7 January 2000. Information submitted in the capability
statement should include company name, address, telephone number, point
of contact, business size and general description of the company and
services provided. Interested parties should submit information to
demonstrate their capability to perform the requirement described
above. This information should include a list of your company's most
recent and relevant contracts for providing similar services to include
contract number, place of performance, customer point of contact,
telephone number, contract type, amount of award, and period of
performance. Please include a very brief description of the services
required and whether performance was considered acceptable or an
explanation for performance problems noted. Indicate your company's
ability to provide the required services with personnel who already
possess, or have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance within thirty
days after contract award. Be sure to identify any existing federal
supply schedules, such as those through the General Services
Administration, or any other existing government contracts that may be
used to obtain the required services along with ordering information.
Page limit for the capability statements is 25 pages. All data must be
submitted electronically to the point of contact specified below. This
request for information is not a commercial solicitation and the
Government will not pay for any information submitted or for any costs
