Project will consist of all plant, material, labor, and supervision to construct a 65,000 SF two-story building. Work includes, but not limited to, site development, including access road, excavation, concrete, masonry (face brick, cut stone, and CMU), light gage metal trusses, carpentry, aluminum windows, shingles, architectual sheet metal, painting, tile (hard and reslilient), acoustical ceilings, doors, electrical, and HVA. All disciplines of general construction will be reqwuired. Bid documents including plans and specifications will available via web site when ready for distribution. The web site will be detailed in the formal solicitation notice in this publication. Magnitude of project is betrween $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Construction time will be 18 monthes from NTP, to begin in March 2000. This will be an unrestricted acquisition, all responsible firms may submit an offer which will be considered.
