Hauser (602) 640-5250, ext. 230 The work of this contract consists of removal and disposal of existing foam roofs on three residences (including porches) within Saguaro National Park and replacement with new pre-formed metal roofs. The work also includes replacement of the porch structural roof framing, skylights, gutters and downspouts; new flashing for roof penetrations; installation of an additional layer of plywood roof sheathing over existing; painting; and finish work. This project is located at Saguaro National Park (East Side), housing area, quarter Nos. 14, 15, and 16. The East Side of Saguaro National Park is located on the east side of Tucson, Arizona. Take I-10 to Valencia Road Exit. Then east on Valencia to Houghton Road. Proceed north on Houghton Road approximately 8 miles to Old Spanish Trail. Proceed East on Old Spanish Trail to the park entrance. The housing area is near the visitor center.
