Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to construct a garage addition consisting of a preengineered metal building with reinforced concrete footings, foundations, and floor slab at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Point Allerton in Hull, MA (Plymouth County). Work includes but is not limited to a second floor mezzanine constructed of steelform deck with concrete topping supported by steel framing members. Overhead doors and personnel doors shall be provided at east and west ends of the building. Other work and building features include the following: provide gas-fired heating units, air conditioning, electrical building distribution and power and lighting, construct/repair all roadwork and parking areas associated with the garage and incidental related work. Two options are incorporated in the solicitation; Option 1 is to provide and install an overhead monorail crane with a 2 ton capacity; Option 2 is to provide andinstall a 2 stage air compressor system.
