The U.S. Army Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM) is conducting market research in order to determine the applicability of the GSA schedule #70 contracts to the arena of virtual, live, and constructive modeling and simulation. STRICOM is interested in identifying schedule holders who have been issued either delivery orders or blanket purchase agreements (BPA), against the GSA FSS contract, for efforts involving software, hardware, or a combination of hardware/software in the development and/or production of training systems (i.e., training simulators, semi-automated forces, application interfaces, terrain databases, etc.). If your firm possesses a GSA schedule contract which is geared towards the type of efforts mentioned or has been issued a delivery order/BPA for such efforts, please mail a copy of your GSA schedule to the following address: STRICOM, AMSTI-ACE, Attn: Kim D.
