The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration through the ADP Acquisitions Branch, AOS, Program Support Center, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services intends to issue a request for proposals (RFP) to acquire storage, maintenance and public access to more than 50 web-based public use data files. Principal among the public use files that will be made available is the National Household Survey on Drug Abuse. Download capability as well as an on-line data analysis system which is transparent to the user must be provided. Intended users of this system range from university-based researchers to policy makers at the Federal, state and local levels. The period of performance of the resulting contract shall not exceed 60 months including option periods. The RFP will be issued approximately 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
