Box 430, Flint Hill, VA 22627. These sole source acquisitions are being conducted under the guidance of FAR Part 13 and under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source." The work performed under the purchase orders will result in an upgrade to the PTOSCAN.EXE and TAPEUTIL.EXE utilities that were developed for PTO by Blueridge Technologies. These upgrades will allow the PTOSCAN.EXE and TAPEUTIL.EXE to retain their current functionality when interfacing with Microsoft Windows 95/98. Blueridge Technologies, Inc. was the developer of the PTOSCAN.EXE and TAPEUTIL.EXE utilities which are part of the Blueridge Scanner System that includes a PCI Scanner System Board and system level drivers.
